Hurley Health combines fitness with recovery support to increase healthy outcomes.
Includes recovery support plus fitness training for 30, 60, or 90-days as you take a break from alcohol. This is our most intensive program to help you get started on an alcohol-free lifestyle if that is your ultimate goal.
Support (either in-person at Hurley Health sudio, over Zoom, or both) includes:
Weekly recovery check-ins
Weekly fitness training, planning, and support
Nutrition coaching, planning, and support
Daily text check-ins for accountability (if requested)
GROUP FITNESS SESSIONS
These group fitness sessions supplement other recovery programs including residential or IOP treatment programs, sober housing programs, and collegiate recovery programs. Sessions take place at Twin Cities area treatment centers, sober houses, college campuses, rented gyms, and local outdoor spaces.
