Nowadays, life coaching is simply called "coaching." Most people seek out coaching because they want something to be different. They are looking for a change, seeking guidance, or feeling stuck. Perhaps they are wanting to write a book, change careers, get in shape, or develop a hobby. They might want more of something--more balance, more peace of mind, more clarity--or they might want less of something--less stress, less uncertainty, less distraction, less fear.
