Program includes:

  • 45-min Zoom call kick-off on January 1 at 3 pm CST

  • Four 50-min Zoom call group check-ins and topic discussions around habit change, goal setting, diet, and exercise as they relate to alcohol use every Thursday in January at 7 pm CT (Jan. 5, 12, 19, 26)

  • Two 30-min one-on-one sessions with recovery coach, Nell Hurley
